Currency and pricing
All prices on elanhaus.com are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free on every order under our Shipping Policy, with no minimum spend, and any applicable sales tax appears before you confirm. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfill an order for any reason, you are refunded in full to that same payment method.

Failed or declined payments
A declined payment means no order is created and no charge is made. You may see a temporary authorization hold on your statement, which your bank normally releases within a few business days. If you believe you were charged for an order you never received confirmation for, write to info@elanhaus.com and we will verify it immediately.
