Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every Elanhaus order, with no minimum spend, anywhere we deliver in the United States and Puerto Rico. Questions about a shipment can go to info@elanhaus.com.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all fifty U.S. states and to Puerto Rico. We are not currently able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States and its territories.
Preparing Your Order
Once payment clears, your order enters our queue and leaves the facility within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Anything placed after 5:00 PM Central, or over a weekend, starts processing on the following business day.
Time in Transit
Expect 5-9 business days in transit after dispatch. End to end, most orders land between 6-12 business days from purchase, though your location shifts that somewhat. These windows are estimates drawn from carrier averages rather than guarantees, and peak seasons or weather can extend them.
Following Your Package
Tracking is included on every order. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package is scanned by the carrier, and you can follow it from our order tracking page at any point. Tracking information typically activates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
If a Delivery Runs Late
We hold ourselves to the windows above, but severe weather, volume surges, and carrier disruptions occasionally interfere. If your estimated window has passed without a delivery, write to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier the same day.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If a package fails to arrive or shows up damaged, email info@elanhaus.com with your order number, adding photographs if there is visible damage. We will replace the item or refund you in full. Return shipping in these circumstances is covered by us, and we charge no restocking fee at any time.
