How Payment Works
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Nothing is prepared for shipment until that payment clears and is confirmed. Should a payment fail for any reason, your order is not confirmed and you will receive an email telling you so.
Pricing and Currency
Prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars, as we ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only. Shipping is free on every order, so the price you see is the price you pay before tax. Prices may change without advance notice, and promotional discounts apply going forward — they cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Keeping Your Payment Secure
Every transaction runs through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment channels. Elanhaus does not store card details on its own systems at any point.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds follow our Refund Policy and always return to the original payment method. If a charge looks wrong to you, contact info@elanhaus.com before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve it faster directly. We do review and dispute chargebacks that appear unauthorized or fraudulent.
Protecting Against Fraud
To protect both our customers and the business, Elanhaus may pause or cancel any order showing signs of unauthorized payment activity, and may request additional verification on larger or irregular orders.
