Reporting a Copyright Concern
If something on our site infringes work you hold rights to, we want to know. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send us a notice containing: a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed; the specific location on our site where the material appears; your contact details; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law; a statement that your information is accurate; and your signature, physical or electronic.

What Happens Next
On receiving a valid notice we review it and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the material. We also make reasonable effort to notify whoever posted the content so they can respond if they believe the removal was mistaken.
Repeat Infringers
Elanhaus does not tolerate repeated copyright violations. Where a user or contributor is the subject of multiple valid infringement notices, we may restrict or terminate their access to our Services.
Counter Notices
If you believe content was removed in error or through misidentification, submit a counter notice to the address above. Identify the material removed, explain why the removal was mistaken, and include your contact information along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Trademark Concerns
If you believe our use of a name, logo, or other branding element infringes a trademark you hold, write to us using the contact details below with the particulars supporting your claim.
